Refund & Return Policy
Custom printed items (including custom invitations, printed cards) cannot be returned or refunded once production begins, as they are made specifically according to your submitted text and specifications.
For ready-made non-custom products: You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
If you receive damaged, defective or wrong items, please provide clear photos within 7 days of delivery. We will offer reprint, partial refund or replacement at our discretion.
We do not refund orders once shipped due to delivery delays caused by international logistics.
